Kids are HARD on books! Ever feel like no one showed you how to properly glue, repair, and cover books to be shelf-ready (and kid-proof)? We've learned lots of tips and tricks through our decade in the library and cannot wait to share with you! Session includes demo of covering paperbacks and hardcovers with ease, using spine labels to help students find books independently, along with how to get the most from your thermal binding machine!  Come for the info, stay for the door prizes!

When Creativity Met Collaboration

The author and illustrator of The When Pencil Met series will hold a session about creativity and collaboration, discussing the creation process behind When Pencil Met Eraser, When Pencil Met the Markers, and When Glitter Met Glue. They will also share some fun activities and lessons that extend the themes of the books to the library and classroom!
